Following an award winning conservation project, the gallery, now part of Kestle Barton Trust, and our stylish and comfortable holiday accommodation opened.
We have an exciting programme of exhibitions and events that stretches beyond the gallery walls into our beautiful garden in the old south-facing Mowhay, the wild-flower meadow and landscape around.
Our gallery and garden are open from 28 March to 31 October 2015. There is no admission charge. We have a small tea-hut where you can help yourself to light refreshments. We have apple juice from our own apples and of course, Roskilly’s ice cream; great coffee, cakes and occasional lunches. Perfect after a stroll round our wild flower meadow and orchard.
The Kestle Barton Rural Centre for Contemporary Arts 2016 season will begin with the next development in the ongoing 'speculative research' of the Lizard Exit Plan by artist Paul Chaney.
