Q: Can I spread my credit across cards?

A: It depends how many credits you buy. If you buy 40 or 80 credits they can only be added to one card. If you buy 240 credits, you can add them to up to three cards.


Q: Where can I buy credits?

A: You can purcahse credit at all of our ticket offices, online here, or onboard the St Mawes Ferry, King Harry Ferry and Enterprise Boats.


Q: Can I re-use my card?

A: Yes, you can recharge your card as you get low or run out of credit.


Q: What if I lose my card?

A: Sorry, we are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.


Q: Will my card have my name or registration on it?

A: No, but it does have a unique number that we record with your name and email.


Q: What do I do on the ferry?

A: Just present your card to the crew to be scanned.


Q: How do I check my credit?

A: To check how much credit you have left on your card, ask a crew member when your card is being scanned and they will be able to tell you.


Q: What happens when the price changes?

A: The cost of the credit bundles may go up at any time, but the credits on your card will still be valid.
