The Helford river is situated south west of Falmouth and is well worth a visit!
The river is now mainly used by leisure users with visiting yachts a plenty, but it still has some working fishing boats and the famous Duchy oyster farm.
If thats not enough, there is plenty of activities for the whole family on the water.
The car park has well over 500 car parking spaces, so parking is never a problem.

The number 35 bus leaves every hour or so from Falmouth Moor.

Helford Passage has a small beach offering fantastic views over the river. Catch a ferry across the river to Helford, or hire a small boat and make your own way across!
Jump on the bus back to Falmouth.
Simply head back to Falmouth on the bus and jump on the park and float and head back to the car at Ponsharden.
